These inputs are then translated into designs through CAD and prototyping, ensuring feasibility, finish and production readiness. Every design is prepared with accuracy, allowing it to be consistently reproduced at scale.
Physical samples are developed for evaluation and refinement. This stage allows for adjustments in design, dimensions and finishing before moving forward.
Once approved, production is carried out through structured workflows supported by multi-stage quality checks. Each stage is monitored to maintain consistency across quantities while adhering to defined timelines. Standard production runs from 4 to 5 weeks depending on complexity and order volume.

Completed pieces are finalised with attention to finishing standards, ensuring uniformity across the order. Packaging is carried out professionally, aligned with export requirements and your brand guidelines.

Standard production timelines range from 4 to 5 weeks from order confirmation, depending on design complexity and order volume.

Physical samples are couriered to you within 7–14 working days of brief confirmation — covering CAD development, wax models, production and pre-shipment quality inspection.
You may request one modification to the CAD design before mold creation proceeds.
