Design & Review
Based on your brief, our design team creates a detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) representation of your piece — shared with you digitally for review and approval.
You may request one modification to the CAD before it is finalised. All renders are approved by you before any physical production begins.
Note: Additional CAD revision rounds beyond the first are available at a nominal charge — confirmed in your initial quote.
First Sample Production
Once the CAD is approved, we proceed with mold creation and produce your first physical sample for validation — couriered to you within 2 weeks.
Following your sample approval, bulk production is confirmed, scheduled and your dedicated Account Manager keeps you updated throughout.
Timeline: From approved brief to bulk delivery typically ranges from 4 to 5 weeks depending on complexity and volume.
