What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantities are designed to be accessible for businesses of all sizes while ensuring production viability.

  • Sample orders: no minimum — samples available per design
  • Bulk production orders: from 15 pieces per design in sterling silver · from 25 pieces per design in brass
  • Private label and custom OEM: from 15 pieces per design in sterling silver · from 25 pieces per design in brass
  • Loose gemstones: quoted on weight and stone type
If your requirements fall below these thresholds, we encourage you to get in touch — we assess all enquiries individually and can sometimes accommodate smaller runs for new partners.
How do I place my first wholesale order?

The process begins with an enquiry — not an order form. We prefer to understand your business, your market and your requirements before discussing specifics.

  • Submit an enquiry via our contact form or email [email protected]
  • Our team will respond within 24 working hours
  • We send you our current catalogue and relevant product information
  • You select styles and request samples if needed
  • Pricing, terms and production timeline are confirmed before any order is placed
Can I mix styles within a single order?

Yes. MOQs apply per style, not per total order. You can place an order covering multiple styles as long as each individual style meets the minimum quantity requirement. There is no maximum on the number of styles per order.

Do you supply to first-time buyers or new businesses?

We work with businesses at all stages — from established international retailers to independent brands placing their first wholesale order. We assess each enquiry on its merits rather than requiring trading history. A clear brief, a well-defined market and a realistic quantity requirement are the most important starting points.

We have helped over 500 brands establish or expand their jewellery offer — many of them started with a single sample order.
How long does it take to receive samples?

Standard sample turnaround is 15–21 working days from brief confirmation to dispatch. This covers design finalisation, production of physical samples and quality inspection before shipment.

For custom or private label designs requiring new CAD development, the timeline may extend to 21–30 working days depending on design complexity. We confirm turnaround at the outset of each project.

Are samples charged for?

Yes, samples are charged separately. The sample cost depends on the design, material, gemstones, and finishing requirements. Any applicable CAD and mold/development charges are also communicated in advance. Once the design is approved, we proceed with sample production before moving to bulk manufacturing.

Can I request modifications to existing catalogue styles?

Yes. We can modify existing catalogue designs in a range of ways — including stone substitutions, finish changes (gold, silver, rose gold), size adjustments and minor design alterations. Significant structural changes are treated as custom design commissions.

  • Stone substitution — swap to any stone from our 200+ stone range
  • Plating changes — gold, rose gold, rhodium, antique finishes
  • Size adjustments — ring sizing, chain lengths, pendant scale
  • Minor structural changes — subject to CAD review and approval
What is the difference between private label and custom OEM?
  • Private label: You select existing Myauré Jewels designs and we produce them under your brand name, with your packaging, tags and labelling. No design development required.
  • Custom OEM: You provide a design brief, sketches or references and we develop an entirely original collection from scratch — CAD, sampling and bulk production — manufactured exclusively for your brand.

Both options are fully supported. Many of our partners begin with private label and progress to custom OEM as their brand develops.

Will my custom designs remain exclusive to my brand?

Yes. Designs developed exclusively for your brand through our custom OEM service are your intellectual property. We do not reproduce, resell or license custom designs to any other party. Exclusivity terms are documented in our manufacturing agreement before production begins.

All custom designs are protected under a signed design exclusivity agreement. We take brand IP seriously and have never breached this commitment in over 30 years of operation.
Can you produce branded packaging for my label?

Yes. We offer a full retail-ready packaging service — including jewellery boxes, pouches, hang tags, care cards, polishing cloths and outer packaging — all carrying your brand identity. We work with your supplied artwork or can assist with packaging design through our in-house design team.

Packaging is produced alongside your jewellery order so everything arrives together, ready for retail or fulfilment.

How detailed does my design brief need to be?

As detailed as you are able to provide. We work with everything from highly technical CAD files to rough sketches on paper and mood boards. Our design team is experienced in interpreting briefs at every level of completeness.

A good brief typically includes: preferred stones or materials, desired silhouettes or references, your target retail price point, and your market or customer profile. The more context we have, the more accurately we can develop something that works for your brand commercially.

What metals do you work with?
