Jewellery Production

Custom Manufacturing & Private Label

We support brands in developing collections under their own identity. From initial direction to final sample, production is handled to design, stone and production readiness standards.

Our private label capability is flexible — brands can design entirely from brief, or select from our catalogue as a starting point. White label and fully bespoke OEM options are both available.

Sampling & Prototyping

Before production, samples are developed for evaluation and refinement. CAD renders are produced first, followed by physical wax models and finished metal samples couriered to you within 15–21 working days.

Sampling allows for adjustments in design, dimensions and finishing before moving forward. This stage reduces uncertainty, refines costs and ensures every bulk order begins from a confirmed and approved reference point.

Quality Control & Finishing

Quality control and finishing are integral to every stage of our manufacturing process. Each piece undergoes rigorous inspection for precision, durability, consistency and craftsmanship before final delivery.

From stone setting and polishing to plating and final assembly, every detail is monitored by experienced professionals. Our in-house finishing capabilities include gold plating from 0.30 to 5 microns — ensuring superior surface quality, colour consistency and long-lasting wear.

Packaging & Export Support

Every piece is securely packed to protect against tarnishing during storage and transit. We offer anti-tarnish packaging, barcode sticker printing and fully tailored jewellery packaging solutions based on your brand guidelines — with packing charges confirmed in advance for accurate costing.

All documentation and logistics are handled to ensure smooth international delivery, allowing products to integrate seamlessly into your supply chain. We recommend sharing your packaging manual early in the production process.

Bulk Production & Scaling

Once samples are approved, production is carried out through structured workflows supported by multi-stage quality checks. Each stage is monitored to maintain consistency across quantities, adhering to confirmed specifications, materials and timelines.

Standard production timelines range from 4 to 5 weeks depending on complexity and volume. We offer the flexibility to scale confidently — from an initial run to ongoing large-volume orders — without compromising on quality.
