Our women's training initiative at our Jaipur manufacturing unit has created meaningful and lasting impact within the local community. The programme is designed to equip women with essential skills, technical knowledge and hands-on training in jewellery manufacturing.
Many participants who have completed the programme have gone on to secure employment within our organisation — achieving financial independence, strengthening their decision-making capabilities, and becoming active contributors to their families' well-being.
