At Myauré Jewels, all orders are processed through a structured design and manufacturing workflow. Due to the customized nature of our services, cancellations are subject to the following terms.
1. General Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before production begins
- Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible
- By placing an order, you agree to these terms
2. Pre-Production Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled if:
- Design has not been finalized
- Sample has not been approved
- Production has not started
In such cases:
- Any advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative or design costs
3. Post-Approval Cancellation
Once the following stages are completed:
- Design approval
- Sample approval
- Production initiation
👉 Orders cannot be cancelled
This is because materials, labor, and production resources are already allocated.
4. Custom & Bulk Orders
- All custom-made, private label, and bulk manufacturing orders are non-cancellable after confirmation
- Partial cancellation of bulk orders may be considered only under exceptional circumstances
5. Refunds on Cancellation
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order
- Deductions may apply for:
- Design development
- Sampling
- Material procurement
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or agreed terms.
6. Changes Instead of Cancellation
Where possible, we encourage:
- Modifications to design
- Adjustments in quantity
- Timeline revisions
This allows flexibility without cancelling the order entirely.
7. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, regulatory restrictions, etc.), cancellation or adjustments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
